This is a place for young people in the Southern Grampians region to find help and support, get active and connected, both locally and online.
The Directory provides local program and service information in an easily accessible, convenient location.
The idea started with young people and was developed as a partnership between members of the Southern Grampians Youth Network, coordinated by Youth Affairs Council Victoria (YACVic), and funded by YACVic and Brophy Family & Youth Services Hamilton.

The site is promoted by local young people whose artwork is also featured on the site.
